Privacy Policy

Effective date: 25 August 2026

WrestleLedger is operated by Rooshock Enterprises Pty Ltd. This policy explains how personal information is collected, used, disclosed and protected when you use WrestleLedger.

Privacy PolicyTerms of Use

1. About this policy

WrestleLedger is a wrestling catalogue, viewing diary and analytics service. We intend to handle personal information responsibly and transparently. This policy describes the service as it operates today; it does not claim that every privacy law applies in the same way in every location.

2. Information we collect

Account and profile information

We process your email address, authentication and account identifiers, account timestamps, optional display name and public username, account level, profile-sharing choice, spoiler setting and Community display preference. Authentication credentials and session material are handled by Supabase Auth. WrestleLedger does not store your raw password in its application database.

Wrestling activity

We store the Matches you watch, dated or intentionally undated viewing entries, ratings, rewatches, optional Watch notes, favourite viewing state and record timestamps. We also store current Event ratings, Event Attendance markers, Top Matches, Custom Lists, rankings, List filters and private published List snapshots.

Public-profile information

If you choose to share ratings, we store your selected public username and sharing preference. The currently implemented shared profile may display your username, current Match and Event ratings, and implemented profile-level rating statistics to other authenticated WrestleLedger users.

Requests, reports and notifications

We store Match Card and missing-Event requests, any Event details or notes you provide, Match/Event Data Issue Reports, resolution information, request status and related in-app notifications.

Search and browser information

Saved and recent Match/Event filters may be stored privately in your account. Your browser can retain recent raw search terms, an unfinished Quick Log draft, and temporary search caches. Search and page parameters can also appear in request URLs and operational infrastructure logs.

Technical information

Vercel and Supabase may process request information needed to host, secure and operate the service, such as network and device/request metadata, authentication events and operational errors. Exact provider log fields and retention depend on provider configuration and must be verified before launch.

3. Information we do not currently use

WrestleLedger does not currently process payments, run advertising tracking or third-party marketing analytics, send marketing newsletters, collect date of birth, or support wrestler-photo or promotion-artwork uploads. No paid WrestleLedger Pro service is currently implemented.

4. How we use information

  • create, authenticate, recover and protect accounts;
  • store Watch history, ratings, rewatches, notes, favourites and Attendance;
  • provide Dashboard, Reports, Lists, Wrestler/Tag Team history and personal insights;
  • generate Scorecards and user-requested data exports or restore previews;
  • provide opt-in rating profiles and Community aggregate features;
  • review catalogue requests and Data Issue Reports and deliver in-app notifications;
  • administer, secure, debug, maintain and improve the service; and
  • meet legal, security and operational obligations where applicable.

5. Community aggregates

Qualifying activity contributes automatically to unattributed Community features, including Community Match and Event ratings, Community Watches and rating counts, Most Watched Matches, Highest Rated Matches and Events, Wrestler and Tag Team Community statistics, and homepage totals.

Rewatches count as additional Watches. Rating aggregates use each user's current qualifying rating for an item. Ranking features may apply a minimum rating count, but there is no universal minimum-contributor threshold for every aggregate. We do not attach a specific user's Watch activity to these public totals, but we do not promise that every aggregate is mathematically anonymous or impossible to infer in a small dataset.

6. Optional rating profiles

Rating-profile sharing is off by default and requires a valid, unique public username. Current profile pages and discovery are available only to authenticated users. They can show current Match/Event ratings and implemented profile statistics.

They do not show your email, raw account UUID, Watch dates, Watch history, Watch notes, favourite viewings, Attendance, private Lists, settings, requests or notifications. Turning sharing off removes the shared profile and rating visibility. Your qualifying activity may still contribute to unattributed Community aggregates.

7. Event Attendance

You may voluntarily mark that you attended a particular Event. Attendance can indicate physical presence at a place and date. WrestleLedger treats Attendance as private owner data and uses it for your filters and personal insights such as Seen Live. It is not shown on rating profiles or included in public Community aggregates.

8. Lists and Scorecards

Top Matches, Custom Lists, List rankings and both Draft and Published List state are private to your account. “Published” currently means a locked snapshot inside your private account; it is not a public web page.

WrestleLedger can generate Match, Event and List Scorecard images on demand. It does not automatically post them, keep a persistent server-side Scorecard gallery or send them to a third-party image-generation service. You choose whether to download or share a Scorecard. A shared image may include your public username or the fallback “WrestleLedger User”, ratings, rankings and catalogue information. Copies posted elsewhere are controlled by the destination service, not WrestleLedger.

9. Cookies and browser storage

Supabase authentication uses essential session cookies. Password recovery uses a short-lived, HTTP-only recovery cookie. WrestleLedger also uses functional browser storage for an unfinished Quick Log draft, recent searches, saved-search deduplication, focus restoration and short-lived session search caches. Some browser-local data lasts until it is replaced, cleared through the workflow, or removed through browser controls.

WrestleLedger does not currently use advertising or marketing cookies and has not added a behavioural-advertising consent banner.

10. Service providers and disclosures

Supabase provides authentication, PostgreSQL database services and API/RPC infrastructure. Vercel provides hosting, server rendering/functions and operational infrastructure and logging. These providers process information only as needed to deliver and operate their services for WrestleLedger, subject to their applicable terms and configurations.

Supabase Auth uses your email for account verification and password recovery. The underlying SMTP/email provider is externally configured and has not yet been verified for the production launch configuration. WrestleLedger does not currently send marketing email.

We may also disclose information where reasonably necessary to comply with applicable law, respond to lawful process, protect users or the service, investigate serious misuse, or complete a business or service transition subject to appropriate safeguards and notice where required. WrestleLedger does not currently sell personal information to advertisers.

11. Data location

WrestleLedger uses third-party infrastructure providers that may process or store information in locations determined by their service configuration. Current hosting-region details are subject to provider and configuration verification before launch. We will update this policy if more specific cross-border information is required.

12. Retention, deletion and aggregated information

Most account and activity information currently remains stored until it is changed, deleted through an available control, removed through account/data handling, or removed by a relevant system cascade. Restore payloads are staged privately for up to one hour and cleared on completion, discard or expiry; limited restore audit metadata may remain. Operational records, logs and provider backups may follow separate schedules.

There is no self-service Delete Account function. You may request account or data deletion through WrestleLedger Contact/Support. We will assess and process requests subject to identity verification, security, operational requirements, applicable law and provider/backup limitations. We do not promise automatic, immediate or fixed-time deletion, or immediate removal from provider backups.

Personal information associated with an account will be considered as part of a deletion request. Genuinely aggregated or de-identified information may be handled differently where appropriate and permitted. Exact treatment depends on the information, technical capability and applicable law.

13. Access and correction

You can update much of your profile, settings, Watch history, ratings, Attendance, Lists and saved searches within WrestleLedger. Personal Watch-history and rating exports are available in Settings, but the current export does not include every category held by the service.

Use Contact — Privacy & Data Request for access, correction, deletion, privacy questions or complaints.

14. Security

WrestleLedger uses measures including Supabase Auth, Row Level Security, owner-scoped private tables, narrowly granted database functions, authenticated routes and additional admin authorization. We also validate important user input and limit service credentials exposed to the browser. No internet service can guarantee absolute security.

15. Age

WrestleLedger accounts are intended for people aged 16 or over. We do not currently collect date of birth or operate technical age verification. This working age position remains subject to external review under applicable Australian privacy and online-safety requirements.

16. Privacy and data requests

Use Contact — Privacy & Data Request for access, correction, deletion, privacy questions or complaints.

Submitting a request does not automatically delete or change data. We may contact you to verify your identity before acting on it.

17. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as WrestleLedger, our providers or applicable requirements change. We will update the effective date and, where appropriate, give reasonable notice of material changes. We will not treat continued use alone as unconditional consent to every possible change where another form of notice or choice is required.
