Terms of Use

Effective date: 25 August 2026

These Terms govern use of WrestleLedger, a service operated by Rooshock Enterprises Pty Ltd. Please read them before creating or using an account.

Privacy PolicyTerms of Use

1. Agreement and operator

These Terms apply when you access or use the WrestleLedger website and service. WrestleLedger is operated by Rooshock Enterprises Pty Ltd. By creating an account, you agree to these Terms and acknowledge the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not create or use an account.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years old to create a WrestleLedger account. WrestleLedger does not currently collect date of birth or operate technical age verification. This contractual age position is subject to final legal review under applicable privacy and online-safety requirements.

3. Your account

Provide accurate information where the service requires it, keep your credentials reasonably secure, and do not share, sell or misuse an account. Tell WrestleLedger through Contact/Support if you reasonably believe your account has been compromised. You are responsible for activity you knowingly authorize, but these Terms do not make you responsible for every unauthorized event regardless of its cause or circumstances.

4. The WrestleLedger service

WrestleLedger lets users browse wrestling catalogue information, record Match Watches and rewatches, rate Matches and Events, track Attendance, use Lists, Dashboard analytics and Reports, participate in Community aggregate features, opt into rating-profile sharing and generate Scorecards. Features may be added, changed or discontinued in accordance with these Terms.

5. Catalogue accuracy and spoilers

WrestleLedger aims to maintain useful and accurate wrestling catalogue information. Historical records can contain errors, omissions, incomplete cards, disputed classifications or later corrections. You may report a Match or Event issue through the available Data Issue Report tools. We do not guarantee that every catalogue record is complete or error-free.

The service contains wrestling results and outcomes. Spoiler controls reduce exposure according to their documented settings, but no control can guarantee that every possible spoiler will always be hidden in every context.

6. Your content and licence

Your content can include usernames, List names, notes, ratings, requests, issue reports, rankings and material you intentionally include in shared Scorecards. You retain any ownership rights you have in your original content.

You grant Rooshock Enterprises Pty Ltd a limited, non-exclusive licence to host, store, validate, process, technically reproduce, display and aggregate that content only as reasonably needed to operate, secure and improve WrestleLedger, provide requested exports and Scorecards, display content you intentionally share through implemented features, and comply with applicable obligations. This licence lasts only for as long as reasonably needed for those purposes, subject to deletion, retention, backup and legal requirements described in the Privacy Policy.

You must have the rights needed to submit your content and must not use WrestleLedger to submit unlawful material or infringe another person's rights.

7. Private, published and externally shared content

Current “Published” Lists are locked private snapshots; they are not public web pages. Rating-profile sharing is optional and currently visible only to authenticated WrestleLedger users. You are responsible for information you deliberately make visible through an implemented sharing setting or share outside WrestleLedger.

Externally shared Scorecards may contain username attribution, ratings, rankings and Match/Event information. Once you post or send a downloaded Scorecard through another service, that copy is also subject to the recipient or external service's controls and terms.

8. Acceptable use

Do not use WrestleLedger to:

  • break applicable law or encourage unlawful conduct;
  • harass, threaten, impersonate or target another person;
  • publish abusive public-facing content, spam or misleading identity information;
  • upload malware or attempt unauthorized access;
  • bypass authentication, authorization, rate or security controls;
  • interfere with the service or other users;
  • use malicious automation or scrape at a scale that disrupts or burdens the service; or
  • infringe intellectual-property or privacy rights through user-submitted content.

These restrictions do not prohibit ordinary personal, fan, research or catalogue browsing consistent with the service's intended use.

9. Moderation and account restrictions

WrestleLedger may remove unlawful, abusive, spam, impersonating or otherwise prohibited public-facing content; restrict relevant features; or suspend an account for serious or repeated misuse, a material breach, a security threat or legal necessity. Where practical, we will explain the reason and provide reasonable notice or a support path. Immediate action may be necessary to address security, serious abuse, urgent harm or a legal requirement.

10. WrestleLedger intellectual property

WrestleLedger and its licensors retain rights in the application code, WrestleLedger name and branding, interface and original design, original graphics, Scorecard design system and other original service materials. These Terms do not transfer those rights to users. You may use service-generated exports and Scorecards for their intended personal and sharing purposes, subject to rights in any third-party material they identify.

11. Wrestling names, marks and independence

Wrestler names, Event names, Promotion names, Championship names and other wrestling-related names and marks may belong to their respective owners. WrestleLedger uses these names to identify and catalogue wrestling information; it does not claim ownership merely because they appear in the service.

WrestleLedger is an independent wrestling tracking service and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by or operated by WWE, AEW, TKO or any other wrestling promotion or rights holder.

12. Availability, maintenance and changes

WrestleLedger can experience maintenance, outages, errors or circumstances outside our reasonable control. We do not promise uninterrupted or error-free availability, but we will not use these Terms to exclude rights or responsibilities that cannot lawfully be excluded.

We may make reasonable technical and product changes, add or discontinue features, or change how features work. For a material change that significantly affects users, we will provide reasonable notice where practical and consider available data-export or transition options.

13. Service discontinuation and export

WrestleLedger may eventually discontinue a feature or the service. If the service is permanently discontinued, we intend, where practical, to provide reasonable notice and a reasonable opportunity to use available personal-data export tools. Circumstances may make notice or export impossible, so this is a reasonable-efforts commitment rather than a guarantee.

Current export tools provide specified Watch-history, rating and backup data; they do not currently contain every WrestleLedger-held field.

14. Account closure and termination

You may request account closure and data deletion through Contact — Privacy & Data Request. There is no current self-service deletion button, and processing is subject to identity, security, legal, operational and provider/backup considerations.

WrestleLedger may restrict or terminate an account for serious or repeated breach, security threats, abuse or legal necessity. We will seek to act proportionately and provide reasonable notice where appropriate unless immediate action is reasonably required.

15. Consumer rights and responsibility

Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts or modifies any right, guarantee, condition, warranty or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded, including rights under the Australian Consumer Law where applicable.

To the extent permitted by law, WrestleLedger is provided on the basis that catalogue information may be incomplete and service availability may vary. Any further exclusion or limitation of liability requires final Australian legal review and should not be inferred beyond this wording.

16. Future paid services

WrestleLedger may introduce optional paid features in the future. If that occurs, pricing, recurring billing, renewal, cancellation and refund terms will be presented before purchase. These Terms do not authorize charges and no paid WrestleLedger Pro service is currently implemented.

17. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of South Australia, Australia, and the courts with jurisdiction there may hear disputes, subject to any mandatory rights, consumer protections or jurisdictional rules that apply and cannot lawfully be excluded. This governing-law and dispute wording requires final lawyer review.

18. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms reasonably as the service or applicable requirements change. We will update the effective date and, where appropriate, give reasonable notice of material changes. Where law or the nature of a change requires a new agreement or choice, we will not rely only on silent continued use.

19. Contact

Use Contact — Privacy & Data Request for access, correction, deletion, privacy questions or complaints.
